i've grilled it and baked it before. My grill kind of sucks so i've had mixed

results where sometimes i get it just right and sometimes i burn the outside. Last time put it in the oven and it came out really really good. People asked if i had done something special to it. But it was really really good just from the oven. Surprised me.
