sudafed and load up on vitamin C or airborne, neti pot nasal irrigation 2 times
a day. good luck and have fun in scotland. A beautiful place. Loved the few days I got to spend there.

Or dont if you dont want to risk brain parasites. Just hit the chicken noodle and sleep and take some vitamin C
