My personal cocktail...
1 - sudafed
2 - sedating antihistamine at bedtime - Chlor-tabs from Walmart are cheap - dries up drip and helps me sleep
3 - nasal steroid - Flonase, Nasacort, or Rhinocort - keeps sinus passages open, to help prevent secondary sinus infection
4 - ibuprofen and/or tylenol - helps aches/pains/fever
5 - if cough is bad I'll add robitussin/DM
6 - nasal lavage, with neti-pot/Neil Med bottle, or saline mist
7- tincture of time.

Or dont if you dont want to risk brain parasites. Just hit the chicken noodle and sleep and take some vitamin C
