look at everything overall. Some metrics favor Lillard and others favor Curry. Lillard is for sure ahead when it comes to total numbers due to Curry being injured part of the year, but Curry's per minute numbers are better than Lillards. Both have legitimate arguments for inclusion on 1st team this year, but since only 1 could be included (as Harden was a lock for 1st team) I'd give the edge to Curry if for no other reason than team success. Lillard definitely did have a great season, though.
