Just a few questions:
Did you locktite the gas block set screws? Did you dimple the barrel for the set screws? Did you pin the gas block? How did you make sure your gas block lined up with the gas port? Did you head space the barrel and bolt? Did you triple check the orientation of the hammer spring during installation?
You don’t need to answer all these but you can if you want. These are good things to consider or ask yourself when building. I thought I was good to go then after 500-600 rounds I started getting occasional light primer strikes and failure to fires. I went back, and sure enough, I installed my hammer spring backwards, doh. Fun learning experience.
Have you shot the rifle yet for function? If there are any cycling issues look at the gas port/gas block alignment, gas tube alignment etc. Check the bolt gas rings occasionally, they can break. Anyway, just a few things I thought of
