Cool man, you should be good to go. If you want to save a few bucks you could forgo the Go, No Go testing. I did it, but then bought an additional assembled upper. I researched it and it sounds like in bolt action rifles head spacing is a big deal, but in ARs, not so much. Of course do your own research and come to your own decision. Pinning the gas block makes it bomb proof but probably unnecessary, especially with the dimpled barrel construct and the rail protecting it.
