you get to enjoy all of the amentities of Summerlin without paying the premium, (ii) Summerlin proper, or (iii) way out the eastside pretty much where Sahara ends - there are a ton of great LDS families I know in that area, the schools are pretty good, lots of military/cops live out that way that keeps the rif raff down, and it puts you out of the valley pollution for the most part.
