EPA has said there is no evidence that cleaning ducts

Does anything beneficial for your home. No evidence that it improves efficiency of the system or the air quality in your house. AC companies in my area constantly advertise how good it is to clean ducts, but there doesn’t appear any evidence that it does anything.
