Best advice I ever received for talking Birds and Bees/chastity:
Don’t be a weirdo. If you act awkward, they will feel awkward.
This advice was specifically for teaching Chastity on my mission, but I think it applies here as well. I have found it to be very true. If you are straight forward but relaxed and talk like you normally would, it will be a comfortable discussion and won’t instill fear/awkwardness towards the topic in your son.
