It was almost a joke reading about someone who had donated 650.00 9 years before the incident occurred and had not recollection of it.  He did not attend games and was really just a golfing buddy who paid for a college aged kid to play golf, like any person would who took a younger kid golfing. Granted the one violation seemed pretty blatent, the others were a joke!
