Chinese. Making sushi more accessible. Pizza isn't as much an improvement as it
is a transformation, IMO. And while a Neapolitan margherita is still king in my book, the US' contributions on that department need to be recognized.

Philippines food, though I'm not as familiar with it. I just now that a sisig burrito > actual sisig.

Americans have, however, managed to make a vastly inferior taco through their modifications. Hard shell tortilla, lettuce and tomatoes, ground beef, and cheddar cheese? SMH.
