They gave Penn St. a decent, but IMO, a little on light side penalty. Then they wiped out half of the penalty.

The NCAA also wiped out the last 2 years of the bowl ban.
Apparently with the NCAA, it is okay for a school to turn a blind eye to a child predator for 30+ years. But an agent buying a home for a players family way crosses the line of what is acceptable behavior.
