I've come to the realization that the NCAA only fights the easy battles. Seems
To only go after the schools that will comply right away, doesn't want to make the hard (see $) decisions.

No benefit to cooperating. Schools that lawyer up do best. BYU is learning now.

They went hard after USC, but then they completely let Penn St. off with a slap on the wrist.

They gave Penn St. a decent, but IMO, a little on light side penalty. Then they wiped out half of the penalty.
