It is kind of dumb.

I get it when you are talking about a 5 Star LB who is going to Bama when the starter is a 5-Star because injuries happen and if you stick around you go to the NFL. QB is not a lock to get the NFL from any team, really....so why roll the dice and sit behind someone like that? You are spot on....doesn't make sense.
