that being that Hawaii could play BYU in that bowl.

When we were on my sons official visit to Hawaii at the start of December the coaches told us that there was a chance that they could play BYU in that bowl game. I posted that in a thread a few months ago and had a bunch of posters tell me that the coaches are wrong, don't know what they're talking about, that it would be BYU against an AAC team, etc.

I then found an article in one of the Hawaii papers stating the same thing, that it could be Hawaii and BYU in that bowl game.

Now this one says BYU vs AAC or MWC which again leaves open the possibility that the Hawaii coaches are correct and it could be Hawaii in that bowl game playing BYU.

Now I'm hoping that isn't the case, my son leaves for Hawaii on Tuesday to play football and I think I'd prefer that BYU and Hawaii don't play each other while he is there. I've never in my life cheered against BYU but in this situation I obviously would be hoping they lose, something I'd prefer not to have to do. Although it would give me a good reason to go to Hawaii for Christmas and attend the bowl game.
