I can tell you as a Mormon, as a male, and as a white guy, that is someone didn't want me to live in their apartment building or to make me a cake or whatever for any of those reasons that I would just move on to somewhere else. Yes I know that would be an inconvenience, and honestly I would think it was lame and depending on the situation I might even think it was bigoted, but we have a country based on individual liberty not on forced catering to groups. At least that is what it was intended to be.

Your comparison to personal liberty and Jim Crow laws, which actually have more in common with anti discrimination laws than the individual rights I'm talking about, aren't really valid ones. Making laws that specifically discriminate is more r less the same thing as laws that force someone to cater to someone else.
