Actually, the hospital will typically call the Sheriff's dept or police
My Sister and Brother in laws dog bit my youngest.
We took him to the hospital to get stitches. They called the Sheriffs office, Sheriff called me, took the dog for observation and my inlaws had to pay the $200 for it and to get their dog back.
This was in Utah County

So Utah law requires you to report dog bites that break the skin. How/where do you report them in Utah County? I
