We were at Primary Children's, but it happened in Utah County. We were told there they don't do anything, it's up to us
to report it on our own. We later contacted our pediatrician and he had already reported it for us.

So Utah law requires you to report dog bites that break the skin. How/where do you report them in Utah County? I
