It is easy to say when you have the money and time... But I brought this up in relation to the poor not eating healthy food, and cost both directly and via time cost, contributing to that.
OP pointed out that the poor aren't getting fat eating out every meal. Someone else posted that they weren't eating healthy. I pointed to one of the key reasons. Eating healthier can be much more expensive, so is a luxury the poor cannot afford.
