Or go 7-6 or 5-7 every year and the rising generation.
At the end of the day, BYU will never be able to compete consistently with a P5 schedule as long as we have an honor code and high academic standards. Those aren’t going away.
So why kid ourselves in thinking we are something we are not nor ever will be. We are a P5 program with G5 talent and coaches. Either lighten the schedule or go back to a G5 conference.
From my perspective, as long as we keep scheduling 3-4 solid P5 teams each season, we will never win more than nine games and will have more losing seasons. We are what we are. Just own it.
