As you said decked out head to toe in ute everything, I did not see that at the BYU camp. And I didn't even wear a BYU hat to the BYU camp, at the ute camp it just happened to be the hat I had on, not a planned thing. I didn't think I was going to even go but I had a little bit of free time so I ran up there with Chase Roberts dad. But the ute dads were ridiculous, pretty much like you described, decked out head to toe screaming "notice me!". They'd stick out more if they weren't dressed up like that.
