He has a tough job but he has the best job in the world. He’s making

a seven figure salary to coach D1 football at his alma mater.

Let’s not make this out like he’s a priesthood leader we sustain and shouldn’t criticize.

This is a competitive business and he’s compensated accordingly. If he doesn’t meet expectations then he is out - on to the next candidate.

I like the guy, but if he gets 5-6 wins this year and a loss to Utah then he’s out. Nothing personal.
