Debit card emergency for my daughter. How to proceed?
My daughter is sitting on a plane in SLC right now about to head out to JFK, then on to Moscow. She discovered just now her debit card isn't in her wallet, and that was her primary source of obtaining cash while she'll be in Russia for 2 months on study abroad. She does have a credit card, but that was her emergency backup.
So, what are the options? I know CC companies can reissue a lost card, but I don't know if they can do that for debit cards too, and I don't know how safe/easy that is in Russia.

So, we should be ok. Found a person who is leaving tomorrow night, and should be able to print new card tomorrow.
