Doesn't seem like the 2 city thing would be a long term solution, but rather a test to see which is more viable.

Or maybe this is the new normal. 2 cities for some teams! Who knows. Super weird.

I don't have a study but the Vegas stadium is a good deal. Pid for by tourist and increases tourism.
