Your example is perfect... although if you’d never met an Ohio state fan but your die hard Michigan it just wouldn’t move the needle much is what I’m trying to say. I’ve met one Ute fan my entire life & he isn’t really a hard sports fan so although I understand it’s a rivalry & important it’s hard to get worked up over it when they don’t play teams of people I know or schools I live around. People that are from UT on this board seem to take it waaaay more personal than other BYU fans in my situation which is much of the viewership of the board. Not saying either is right, just diff perspectives
