Nope, you don't understand the legacy of ND. ND could go 0-12 and have a top 10
recruiting class. ND has won 11 NC, top 5 historical program, and CF royalty. BYU is not. ND is INDY on paper
only. In reality ND has major power and makes the rules, because if ND wanted to go
BIG10, ACC, SEC, PAC12, or BIG12 it would take 5 seconds for that to happen.
ND can also make any schedule they want. If they want to play Utah home and neutral, it will happen. ND may have more power than any team in CF. Maybe Alabama, Ohio St, and ND.
