They could still sue. The standard is whether Disney owed them a duty

of reasonable care, and whether they failed in that duty. The fact that they are family members would only be relevant to the jury in determining damages, and whether Disney should intervene in family fights. But a good Plaintiff's attorney will just point out that Disney could not have known that they were family and therefore should have intervened at the same time as any other fight.
