Cali has a pure comparative negligence statute, apparently.
Even if idiot family members were each 99% at fault, they could sue Disney for the 1% at fault it was for not doing a better job of protecting idiot family members from themselves.
Here in Nevada, we follow that to a point, but once it surpasses the plaintiff being 50% at fault, no recovery. I think there's a lot of sense in that.
