could be, looked like it, but I admit, I didn't check the back to look for bleed thru from the pen they used. I would
never trust a realtor that had to go door to door pandering anyway.
It just raised the issue of whether I really wanted to sell. My daughter has been looking at houses for a couple months, and she thinks based on what she's seeing, and what I own that I could get what I want for it. Houses in good areas are just hard to come by.
