It's not even a man vs woman thing. It's mostly just a weight thing
the muscle mass percentage difference of men vs women is just additive. I wrestled in high school and was just above average on a team that was top 3 in the state. We had 3 state champions in my grade, all of them lighter than me. I was in the 171 weight class while my good friend was state champion at 135 as a senior. When we would wrestle in practice I could pin him over and over with ease. It absolutely ticked him off. The weight and reach difference was just too much for even much superior skill. At some point the weight/strength starts to not matter as much though. Past 150 it doesn't matter if you are 200 you are going to get your butt kicked by a better opponent.
