feature for me is that since my kids are all too young to have their own phones, these can stand in for some functions. They can play music in their room or call my phone by saying “Alexa, call dad.” The timers are also useful in the kitchen or for forcing sharing of toys with young kids. I can use parental controls so the ones in kids rooms are unusable after bedtime.
