I have no qualms with that. My FIL still drives his 88 Toyota pick-up. Perfectly
reliable. I have had 9 cars with over 120k miles during my life. Dummies like to pay an extra $400 a month for the "peace of mind" of not worrying about a car breaking down. I've NEVER had a single car break down on me, ever. I've had to pay for some fixes, but never anything crazy. I did just knock on wood.
