Some places try to mislead as having real time quotes. If your quotes aren't

constantly moving for big time stocks, then they aren't real time.

If a stock is trading around $10 and you place and order at $50 (I don't know why you'd assume the stock to jump 500%) your order will still execute at the best available price, as long as it is below $50.

Obviously, it is best to use a brokerage that gives you true, real-time quotes with an execution guarantee.
