I think it's pretty good. Addiction isn't really about the frequency of doing
some activity. It's the inability to stop doing said activity despite severe and negative consequences. A person might only get drunk once a month, but if they are unable to stop that behavior despite sincere attempts to do so, they may be an addict. A person might drink heavily and get drunk every week or even more frequently, but if able to stop that behavior when they attempt to do so, they probably aren't an addict.
