No long-term contracts, fewer fees and taxes, straight up-front pricing models, options to put service on hold for a few months, on demand content, multiple device support. Traditional cable/satelite companies have been trying to catch up with things like streaming options, cloud-based DRV, etc. But lipstick on a pig is still a pig. I don't see myself ever going back to traditional cable/satellite and their hidden fees, 2 year contracts, etc.
