I loved the whole trilogy.
Batman Begins- A
The Dark Knight- A+
The Dark Knight Rises- A-/B+
My gripes with the third film are minor:
• Couldn't understand Bane 40% of the time.
• Didn't love the "Occupy Wall Street" element- although it wasn't too blatant.
• Didn't like cripple/bankrupt Bruce Wayne, or divorced Commissioner Gordon, Alfred resigning.
But I also liked a lot of it.
