Facebook is NOT Twitter. Facebook is not a means of mass communications. FB is Primary a site to post your personal pictures for journal keeping and a place to connect with other. But Twitter is different.

Does our President release statements to the public directly to FB like he does Twitter? Our Prophet also tweets his statements directly to Twitter, not to FB or Instagram.

Instagram is also an entirely separate platform altogether.

Do those companies you listed all fall under the “Social Media” category? Sure, but Twitter is in a realm of its own. Public to public communication is now done via Twitter. News is directly released to Twitter. Twitter is the modern day ‘Public Square’. No longer are people standing on their soap boxes on the sidewalk, instead they’re taking to Twitter.

I never said KSL has discriminated, I was giving the hypothetical scenario if KSL had a monopoly and IF they did discriminate they would and should be highly regulated, like Twitter should be now.

This is not a left principle. This is a right principle of ensuing competition by breaking up monopolies, especially those that censor.

I’ve taken your “private company” view in the past, but as our society evolves I now see BIG Tech as the new means people use to express their voice, and steps must be taken to ensure voices are not infringed.
