including a football operations building, and stadium renovations with a really nice club lounge/suite area on bonds (very little fundraising). It was an absolute must to remain competitive but even with all the success they have had it doesn't equate to the financial investment to do so. As long as Mike Leach stays in Pullman, WSU is going to be dang good in football. He is one of the top coaches in the country and if you can win at WSU you can win anywhere. Cougar fans are spoiled with him. BUT if a school wants him for $5m+, I'm very confident in saying he is gone. Personally, I couldn't think of anything worst for BYU fans than to have Leach go to Utah. There is nou doubt in my mind he would win, and win big at Utah.
