Leach is all about his scheme and player development.  I was at a luncheon prior to a WSU game where a question was asked regarding BYU.  He is very fond of BYU and talked a lot about Lavell Edwards.  However, he said he isn't a fan of two years away from football from a player development standpoint.  Being coached by Leach is truly an indoctrination process and he made it seem that two years away really hurt this.
