I dont see how expanding enrollment would change the experience. Sure modifying the 1 mile housing rule might but i
think that would be a positive change and would combat the slum lords of provo.

Expand enrollment to 50K (change up the housing regulations, hire more professors) and have BYU be the religious version

So change everything about the school so more kids can have a BYU experience that will no longer exist.
