IF this is true, my guess is that most the criteria were met but there's probably some sort of benefits he received that they will go ahead and still let him return for but will just make him sit out the first 9 games - similar to Emery missing the first 8 games last year for receiving improper benefits. The main difference is that there was no wrongdoing on the part of BYU. Sounds like simply an "eligibility" question. That is, of course, if this is true of which we only have this 1 anonymous poster w/ virtually no posting history stating as fact.
