Just cut the cord on Direct. Got them to lower my bill $30 after 4 phone calls but wasn't good enough. I'll wait a bit then sign back up or switch to dish.

Even with 200 meg speeds, there are buffering/quality issues. I'm not a fan of that. Also, and maybe this has changed

Interesting you say that. We have 150 MBPS speeds and I've never had any issues
