I stayed at an AirBNB with YouTube TV. Any chance of me dropping Dish was gone
after that weekend. So clunky, slow (although Internet speed probably wasn't the greatest at the house where we were staying), kids couldn't figure out how to navigate it, takes forever to change channels, not enough channels, DVR sucks...that's just the start of the list.
I think I would just go straight antenna before I would switch to something like YouTube TV. If that's the best streaming has to offer, I'll happily stick with Dish.

Even with 200 meg speeds, there are buffering/quality issues. I'm not a fan of that. Also, and maybe this has changed
