Eat like a horse. As long as you have progressive overload in your lifts and eat
enough calories & protein your muscles will grow.

My numbers were similar to yours until a few years ago. I never thought I’d bench 225 but hit 270 a couple years ago. My bench has since plateaued because I stopped overeating and wanted to be more well-rounded.

Thinking of bulking again though once summer is over. Choice is be leaner & weaker or fatter & stronger.
