based OS I didn't really worry about the Word products. She uses google slides, sheets, etc.. However, printing to my wireless printer caused me all sorts of grief. My friends over in India couldn't figure it out either. I finally got it to work by changing my printers IP address. My daughter wouldn't spend five minutes on an issue like that. She never uses Word anymore either. Most kids don't.
