Like I said, I was only using it for a weekend, and just occasionally. I admittedly don't have much experience with it, just thought it was a pain and not immediately intuitive.
Here's a thread of people who use it way more and clearly have issues with it. None of the issues mentioned in this thread are even a thing on Dish.

Even with 200 meg speeds, there are buffering/quality issues. I'm not a fan of that. Also, and maybe this has changed
