Exactly. I can't hire people for minimum wage any more.
On top of that if someone that I hire shows a lot of potential in the first couple of weeks I bump them up a dollar an hour automatically.

If you want to increase wages have a roaring economy.

Right now it is so hard for me to keep employees because everyone is hiring so if they have one bad day they can just go across the street. In the past if that happened they would stick it out because there were not a ton of job openings. They would soon realize that not all days are bad, most are good and if they stick it out it will be better in the long run.
