see improved, "make it easier to move around the stadium" isn't very high. It's not like LES is some byzantine maze that takes a full hour to exit.

I don't even want a new stadium. Just improve the "in-your-seat-watching-the-game" experience.

Better and more comfortable seats, bigger screens, better concessions with excellent delivery to my seats, etc. And get rid of the bleachers, at least on the sidelines. We have too many plus-size fans that spill over to adjacent seats. Legroom is awful too. That's what they should be working on IMO, not adding some random mezzanine level that only matters for less than 1% of the time.
