2 questions
1) Wilson's PER would put him in the top 10 or 12 for 2018 based on the NCAA website for pass efficiency rating, but he's not listed. Did he not have enough pass attempts to qualify? Or am I being dumb and missing something?
2) If I remember right, NCAA (as well as NFL for what it's worth) PER uses raw stats... I.E. not adjusted for home/road, quality of opponent, etc. Is that correct?
