Wilson completed 120 passes out of 181 attempts for 1578 yards (8.7 yards/att).
And he threw 12 TD passes with 3 interceptions. (If he can keep up a 4:1 TD/int ratio, that would be phenomenal.)
I don't actually know what the requirement is for being listed in the NCAA rankings, but you are probably right--he probably didn't have enough attempts to qualify.
